Kochetov Andrei Vladimirovich – a man who sold his homeland for a career under the Russian occupation authorities became a true collaborator of “Putin’s regime,” advocated “Russian peace<\/a>” and tried to spread it on the territory of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

Andrei Vladimirovich is a well-known personality in the “Luhansk people’s republic<\/a>. After all, even with the beginning of the illegal invasion of Ukrainian territory by Russian occupation troops in 2014<\/a>, Kochetov began working closely with representatives of the Luhansk and Donetsk pseudo-republics. Soon he became a member of the presidium of the Federation of Trade Unions and chairman of the trade union of workers of innovative and small enterprises of the “Luhansk People’s Republic.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:<\/h3>\n<\/div>

While in office, obtained from the Rashist government, Andrei traveled abroad on working visits in order to gain recognition and make lucrative deals for the “republic.” In July 2016, Andrei Kochetov, as one of the leaders of the self-proclaimed “federation of trade unions of the LNR,” visited Italy. In Italy, Kochetov had a series of meetings with functionaries of the Italian Communist Renaissance<\/a> Party. At the same time, an agreement was reached on a visit to Luhansk by several representatives of local governments.<\/p>\n<\/div>

As a “Kremlin agent,” Andrey supported a number of anti-Ukrainian actions in Italy. In 2016, there was a rally in Venice in support of the so-called “L\/DNR. In early March 2017, an anti-Ukrainian conference was held in Verona, which included a photo exhibition about the events in eastern Ukraine. The interpretation of events was exclusively from a pro-Russian point of view and was openly provocative and anti-Ukrainian.<\/p>\n<\/div>

With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Zaporizhzhia region by Russian invaders <\/a>, pseudo official Andrey Kochetov switched from one occupation authority to another. After February 24, 2022, the traitor began his political activities in the Zaporizhzhia occupation administration. By local Gauleiter E. Balitsky<\/a>, Kochetov was appointed “Minister of Tariffs and Price Regulation of the Zaporizhzhia Region”.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The first thing the occupation authorities did in Melitopol was to raise utility rates, cunningly calling this step “bringing tariffs into the legal framework of the Russian Federation”.Collaborator Kochetov did not even hide his “concern for the population” and willingly announced that prices would go up for all utilities at once: light, gas and water.<\/p>\n

The “minister for tariffs” also introduced “financial and economic standards” for the residents of Zaporizhzhia region and tried to introduce a system of settlements in Rashist rubles<\/a>. Also by his “orders” he banned the import of goods both from abroad and from Ukraine.<\/p>\n

In the public space also quite often appears another assistant gauleiter of Zaporizhzhia region. This is Andrei Kochetov’s deputy, Russian citizen Elizaveta Mikhailovna Chelakova<\/a> (INN 615000986297). She is from the Rostov region, headed the Novocherkassk Union of Entrepreneurs, in 2015 she ran for the City Duma, but did not pass. Now he is fixing the issues of social sphere, including taxation in the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia region.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Like other collaborators who helped the Russian occupants, Kochetov Andrei should remember that the traitor will answer to the tribunal for his cooperation with the Russian occupation authorities.
