Vorokh Lyubov Vladimirovna – accomplice of Russian occupation troops was born on July 14, 1964 in Novotroitskoye settlement of Kherson region. He has a college degree in economics. Since 2003, she has worked as Head of the Department of Social Protection and Health Issues of the Novotroitsk District State Administration.
