Graduated from Novokuznetsk Metallurgical Institute, specializing as a civil engineer. Since the beginning of his labor activity he worked as a designer, head of the design department. From 1977-1978. held the position of an engineer at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wikiwand.com\/uk\/%D0%9D%D0%BE%D0%B2%D0%BE%D0%BA%D1%83%D0%B7%D0%BD%D0%B5%D1%86%D1%8C%D0%BA%D0%B8%D0%B9_%D0%BC%D0%B5%D1%82%D0%B0%D0%BB%D1%83%D1%80%D0%B3%D1%96%D0%B9%D0%BD%D0%B8%D0%B9_%D0%BA%D0%BE%D0%BC%D0%B1%D1%96%D0%BD%D0%B0%D1%82\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kuznetsk Metallurgical Plant<\/a>. Since the late 1990s, he has been working in the Kherson region. Since 1998 he was the head of the department in<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukr.net\/ru\/news\/details\/russianaggression\/93390691.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&#8220;Kakhovsolstroy<\/a>&#8220;.
