Geraskin Vitaly Dmitrievich – the man who violated the legislation of Ukraine and went over to the side of the enemy was born on February 29, 1952 in the city of Kherson. He has a law degree. For about 20 years, Vitaly Dmitrievich has been an individual attorney. Worked at the Legal Association “Legal Consultation of the Dneprovsky District of Kherson”.<\/p>\n

Vitaliy Geraskin has a lawyer’s certificate #32, which was issued by the Kherson Regional Qualification and Disciplinary Committee of the Bar (KDKA) on 19.04.2002).On 28.09.2012 he was elected to the bodies of lawyers’ self-government – head of the Disciplinary Chamber of the Kherson Oblast Bar.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:<\/h3>\n<\/div>

After the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation on February 24, 2022<\/a>, Vitaly D. switched to the side of the occupation authorities and began providing his legal services to the occupation authorities on the territory of the Kherson region.<\/p>\n

Collaborator contributes to the activities of the russian military and openly supports the occupation of Ukraine by the russian armed forces.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Ivan Sergeevich voluntarily agreed to cooperate with the occupation authorities and continued to practice law under Russian law<\/a>. He swore an oath to the aggressor country, thus betraying all Ukrainian state norms. I received a lawyer’s certificate under number 4, the data on registration as a lawyer were entered in the Russian registry of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation under number 95\/4.<\/p>\n

Thus, the traitor is an employee of the “Ministry of Justice” under the occupiers and is engaged in drawing up documents of local residents according to the legal standards of Russia.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Instead of being on the side of the law, the traitor Vitaly Geraskin sneakily violated it and betrayed his state, becoming an accomplice of the Russian occupiers. Soon the traitor will answer for this and end up in the dock himself, because that’s what he deserves.<\/p>\n<\/div>
