Biography:<\/h3><\/h1><\/div>

Chepinoga Elena Pavlovna – an accomplice of the Russian occupation authorities, a traitor to Ukraine, an employee of the occupation administration in Kherson region<\/a>, was born in the town of Skadovsk, Kherson region. She worked for more than 15 years in the sphere of education and culture. Before the war, she worked in the Skadovsk House of Culture and T.T. Shevchenko, and then in the general education institution “Academic Lyceum”.<\/p>\n

After the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian occupants into the territory of Ukraine<\/a>, Elena Pavlovna showed her anti-Ukrainian position and supported the policy of the occupants on the territory of Kherson region<\/a>. The woman voluntarily agreed to cooperate with the representatives of the Rashist authorities and began to work in the cultural sphere under the occupation authorities and to bring the “authorities” closer to the “Russian world”.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Anti-Ukrainian activities:<\/h3><\/h1><\/div>

Since the beginning of the occupation of Skadovskiy district <\/a>Chepainoga supported the occupation and found a warm place in the Rashist pseudo-organization, where she now works as the head of the culture department only under the flag of the aggressor country. In her new “position”, the collaborator was actively engaged in “cultural work” among civilians and young people, for example, organizing the so-called “cultural work”. “rally-concerts” in support of the occupiers. The traitor was also engaged in “brainwashing” Ukrainian children with Russian propaganda<\/a>.<\/p>\n
