She agreed to take a job in the fake occupation authority, where the woman performed organizational and administrative functions under the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unian.ua\/society\/gaulyaytera-zaporizhzhya-balickogo-zasudzheno-do-15-rokiv-uv-yaznennya-12311727.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">chairmanship of gauleiters<\/a> in the pseudo position of inspector of Gladkovski Starostynsky district.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-5\"><p style=\"text-align: justify; background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 15.0pt 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; letter-spacing: .2pt;\">The collaborator served the residents of the settlement as a &#8220;beautification inspector&#8221; under Russian law and facilitated activities to obtain <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unian.net\/war\/pasportizaciya-ukraincev-v-zaporozhskoy-oblasti-rossiyane-zakryli-meduchrezhdenie-12293820.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Russian passports. <\/a> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 15.0pt 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; letter-spacing: .2pt;\">Collaborator Mihalchenko, staying in her &#8220;position&#8221; performed organizational, administrative and economic functions, recruited personnel for the occupation establishment. It also accepted reports on the work done, coordinated plans, programs concerning cooperation with the occupation power. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The collaborator Mihalchenko Irina Alexandrovna will soon have to answer to the people for her complicity with the Russian occupiers.
