Grigory Andreev, an accomplice of the occupants, was born on July 13, 1957, in the village of Sursko-Litovskoye in the Dnepropetrovsk region. He received his secondary education at the Sursko-Litovsky School in his place of residence.<\/p>\n

Upon graduation from school, he worked for a year as a machine operator on the “Pervomaysky” state farm, and in 1975 he was called up for military service in the ranks of the Soviet Army. After his demobilization in 1977, he decided not to continue to build a life in the “civilian” world, and entered the service in the police, where he served for three years. In 1980 Andreev returned to the army and served in the Group of Soviet Forces in Germany, and in 1984 he retired from the armed forces.<\/p>\n

From Germany, Andreev goes to Dnepropetrovsk (Dnepr) and gets a job as an engineer at the Yuzhmash plant. To improve his skills, he entered the Dnepropetrovsk Installation Technical School in 1986 and graduated in 1989. Grigoriy worked at Yuzhmash for more than 25 years, after the collapse of the Soviet Union and the establishment of independent Ukraine.<\/p>\n

After retiring from Yuzhmash in 2010, Grigory Andreev decided to go into public service and was elected head of<\/a> the village council of his native village of Sursko-Litovsk. Unfortunately, he “distinguished himself” there in an unpleasant way: because of the poor condition of the roads in the village, which the head of the village council had to deal with, Andreev was fined<\/a> by the court for negligent attitude to the maintenance of the roads.<\/p>\n

By the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, he continued to serve as the head of the Sursko-Litovsky Village Council. There are confirmed reports that the Russian handlers contacted Andreev, who, according to their plans, was to become the so-called “The occupation administration in the village of Sursko-Lytovsk, but he never became it, because the Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled the invaders and the occupation troops did not enter the Dnepropetrovsk region.<\/p>\n<\/div>
