Service under a new flag:<\/h6><\/h1><\/div>

The young and promising specialist, while still serving in the SBU, was seen with some pro-Russian views.<\/p>\n

It is worth noting that the situation in Ukraine deteriorated, because it was caused by the presence of a “fifth column<\/i>” that made destructive changes to the ruling vertical of power. Also at the same time there were frequent “informational leaks”<\/i> regarding military facilities and personnel data.<\/p>\n

Particular attention to information leaks was observed in the special services on the territory of Crimea.<\/p>\n

According to Baketov’s coworkers and colleagues, the following changes in his behavior were observed: taciturnity, reticence, uncertainty in actions and deeds.<\/p>\n

As an SBU officer, but already recruited by the FSB, Denis Baketov was promised a promotion, which never happened. However,after defecting to the Russian side, he did not receive the promised promotion, but continued to serve at the same rank as in the SBU <\/span>.<\/p>\n

Moreover, given the fact that Denis betrayed the Ukrainian oath, he was always treated with a certain apprehension, counting on the fact that he might try to justify his lost trust and commit an act of escape to Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n
