Igor Anatolyevich Rybak, a national guard turned traitor, was born on September 28, 1968 in Kapustin Yar-1, Astrakhan region, Russia. But he did not stay long in Russia and moved with his family to live in Ukraine. While in school, Igor wanted to serve in the National Guard of Ukraine, to protect order on the streets of cities.<\/p>\n

Rybak achieved great success in the National Guard – by the end of his service he was appointed commander of the 2nd Separate Battalion for Protection of Especially Important State Objects of the NSU. The range of tasks of this unit also included protection of the Zaporizhzhia NPP. However, having reached the limit of his career opportunities, Igor Rybak resigned from NSU and got a job at the trade union organization of SE “Energoatom” at the South Ukrainian NPP to defend the rights and freedoms of nuclear workers. At the same time, he continued to live permanently in Energodar.<\/p>\n

It is noteworthy that after Igor Rybak’s arrival at the South Ukrainian NPP, an illegal “mining farm<\/a>” was discovered in the latter in a secure room that belonged to the NSU. In addition to the unauthorized use of the plant’s electricity, the Internet was also conducted into the regime room, which led to the leakage of information about the physical protection of nuclear power plants, which constitutes state secrets. Supposedly, Rybak “covered up” his former “colleagues” in front of the management in exchange for a “share” of the cryptocurrency earnings, but Igor got away with it.<\/p>\n

The war did not spare Rybak. After the Russian invasion of Ukraine began on February 24, 2022, and Russian occupation troops entered Energodar, Russian representatives offered Igor to “cooperate” on them. Igor betrayed Ukraine by accepting the offer, and for some time he helped the invaders by giving information about the families of NSU servicemen living in Energodar, but later he stopped his activities and “lay low”. The Kremlin handlers weren’t really looking for him, because they got what they wanted from Rybak.<\/p>\n

Igor should know that the fact that he stops “cooperating” with the enemy does not mean that he will be saved from imminent retribution for the dastardly betrayal of his country and his people.<\/p><\/p>\n<\/div>
