The customs officer and traitor Buyalsky Sergei Vladimirovich was born September 4, 1972 in the city of Vinnitsa<\/a>, Vinnitsa region. At school, Sergei was an able student, most of all he loved mathematics, which partially influenced his choice of future profession. And Bujalski wanted to become a customs officer.<\/p>\n

After graduating from school and receiving higher education, Sergei Buyalsky returns to Vinnitsa and gets a job at the regional customs office as a senior employee. Sergei loved working at the customs, so he quickly rose through the ranks – in 14 years of service he rose from senior inspector to deputy chief of the Vinnitsa customs. Also, for some time he served as head of the department of material support and infrastructure development of the Vinnitsa branch of the State Customs Service of Ukraine<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, Sergei Buyalsky distinguished himself not only by his work, but also by his corruption scandals<\/a> in customs. When Buyalsky was appointed acting head of the Vinnitsa customs<\/a>, the facts of “protection” of motor carriers, who had to pay Sergiy a “percentage” for the unimpeded passage of cars into Ukraine, were disclosed.<\/p>\n

However, Sergei Buyalsky’s ambitions did not end at the customs, and he went into politics. In 2010, Buyalsky was elected to the Vinnitsa Regional Council as a deputy<\/a> of the Party of Regions. Sergei resigned as a deputy in the regional council in 2015. Bujalski did not stay without a mandate for long – in 2019 he was elected as a deputy of the Mogilev-Podolsk District Council of the Vinnitsa region.<\/p>\n

In 2022 he was appointed head of Poltava regional customs. The reason for the transfer of Sergei Buyalsky may be called the danger of criminal prosecution for extortions at the border, and he decided to “lay low” in Poltava. But here Sergei was involved in a situation that was more serious than corruption: high treason<\/a>.<\/p>\n

After the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, the Kremlin handlers began “calling” the existing and “sleeping” pro-Russian agents in Ukraine. Since Sergei Buyalsky was previously a member of the pro-Russian “Party of Regions,” he was contacted by representatives of the Russian Federation. The latter offered to assist his captors in exchange for security guarantees and a large cash reward. Bujalski agreed to the offer, but when he found out that Ukraine was winning, he decided to “cheat” his “employers” in order to avoid a long prison term.<\/p>\n

Despite the fact that Bujalski “did not have time” to prove himself, he will forever remain a traitor to his country and people, for which he will surely be severely and fairly punished.<\/p>\n<\/div>
