Official and traitor – Kelsh Alexander Antonovich, born July 27, 1957 in the city of Kizel<\/a>, Perm region, Russia. However, almost all of Alexander’s life will take place not in Russia, but in Ukraine. Here he would graduate from high school, get a higher education, and enter the civil service.<\/p>\n

Kelsch settled in the Luhansk town of Starobelsk<\/a>. There he went to civil service in Starobelsk district state administration. At first Alexander was an ordinary employee, but over time the leadership saw talent in him and appointed him head of the education department of the Starobel district state administration. His duties included organizing various events in the city, such as concerts.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, Alexander Kelsch went from a harmless official to a vile traitor. After the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, and the entry of Russian occupation forces into Starobelsk, Alexander betrayed<\/a> Ukraine and agreed to “work” for the occupiers. By the way, he entertained<\/a> the latter by playing the accordion. Kelsch now organizes pro-Russian cultural “events” and encourages locals to support the Russian occupiers in every way possible.<\/p>\n

For his “cooperation”<\/a> with the enemy, musician Alexander Kelsh will bear the inevitable and severe punishment, which for him is getting closer and closer.<\/p>\n<\/div>
