Kremlin agent, official and businessman in one person – Shmelev Dmitry Vladimirovich<\/a>, born in 1981 in the city of Gelendzhik, Krasnodar Territory, Russian Federation. He spent his childhood and school years there as well.<\/p>\n

After graduating from high school and university<\/a>, Dmitry decided not to go to work for hire, but to go into business. In 2004, he opened a sole proprietorship<\/a> that dealt in retail sales of fuel and lubricants. But, either the business didn’t “burn out” or something else, but Shmelev closed his IE. By the way, he worked<\/a> at the insurance company RESO for a while after it closed.<\/p>\n

And the reason for closing the IE turned out to be a good one – Dmitry entered the service of the Federal Tax Service<\/a>. By the way, he did not work in Krasnodar Krai, but in Rostov Oblast. He was luckier in this field, having been appointed head of Interdistrict Inspectorate No. 21. Also, he managed to get a little “rich” there – his declaration <\/a>shows two cars and more than 1200 square meters of real estate. Given the fact that in addition to his wife Shmelev has two children, the question of “where the money” in his case will be very relevant to the law enforcement agencies.<\/p>\n

However, possible corruption is not the most interesting aspect of Shmelev’s story. Much more interesting are his “activities<\/a> ” in the so-called “DNR. Somehow interesting it turned out – an ordinary head of an interdistrict inspectorate was appointed<\/a> the whole “minister of revenues and fees” in the so called. “DNR. In fact, the head of the “minsdokh”<\/a> Dmitry Shmelev is the supervisor for “economics” in the so-called The “DNR” from the FSB<\/a>. It is his responsibility to control the implementation of the “budget” and corruption, because entrusting the Kremlin’s money to such scoundrels as “Pushilin and Co.” is a very reckless decision.<\/p>\n

But Dmitry Shmelev should be more careful, because while in Ukraine he becomes a legitimate target for destruction as an accomplice of the so called. “The “DNR,” and his handlers from the Lubyanka<\/a> are unlikely to have time to help him in case of a “critical situation. By the way, Shmelev is already on the sanctions lists of<\/a> Great Britain, Canada, and New Zealand for his work on the so-called “DNR.<\/p>\n<\/div>
