A brief biography of Rostislav Tesliuk<\/b>:<\/h5><\/h1><\/div>

Putin’s agent Rostislav Tesliuk was born on April 23, 1982, in Moscow. In 1995, he graduated from Local School #956 and then from the Aircraft Department of the N.E. Air Force Engineering Academy. Zhukovsky in 2004, where his mother used to work.<\/p>\n

His father, Colonel Vyacheslav Tesliuk, was head of the department at Balashov Military Pilot School. But even his parents’ connections did not help Rostislav Tesliuk build a career in aviation; he retired to the reserve with the rank of senior lieutenant of the Air Force of the Russian Federation. Then, from about 2007, Tesliuk worked for private security firms.<\/p>\n

In 2010, a Moscow court sentenced him<\/a> to one year of suspended imprisonment for assaulting a man. Then Tesliuk moved to Germany in 2012 with his wife Julia, who had German roots. Later, their daughter Elena was born there. A few years later, however, Tesliuk left his wife and child for a “like-minded woman,” Elena Kolbasnikova.<\/p>\n

Since then, Rostislav Tesliuk calls himself Max Schlund, taking the surname of his relatives as his pseudonym. From time to time Tesliuk visits his mother in Russia and even bought an apartment in Moscow in early 2022.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The agent activity of Rostislav Tesliuk:<\/b><\/h3><\/h1><\/div>

Rostislav Tesliuk is an active member of the biker club Motostri\u017ei Deutschland, which cooperates with the famous group “Night Wolves. Among other things, the club is engaged in the heroization of fighters of the Red Army and the Soviet past. In addition, its members regularly hold motorcycle rallies in Germany on Soviet holidays, as well as in support of the current russian government.<\/p>\n

It is true that these actions did not attract the masses and were aimed at the Russian diaspora who were nostalgic for the “sovka. However, these activities allowed Teslyuk and Kolbasnikova to form an “asset” that was put to use after the start of Russia’s full-scale aggression against Ukraine. They now present themselves as leaders of the “Bridge of Heritage between Russia and Germany” organization. Although there is no information about it in the media social networks, and the page in Telegram<\/a> is blocked.<\/p>\n

In addition, since last spring this couple has organized a number of rallies and car rallies in Germany in support of Putin’s regime. In the summer, Tesluk and Kolbasnikova hosted a “day of music, food and sports” in D\u00fcsseldorf. The hall where the event took place was decorated with flags with the image of Ramzan Kadyrov. Chechen Information Minister Akhmed Dudayev then posted a photo of the celebration, calling Teslyuk and Kolbasnikova “goodwill ambassadors.<\/p>\n

Over time, Tesliuk and Kolbasnikova changed the rhetoric of their actions. In the end, the main narrative was calls to lift sanctions on Russia, because “ordinary Germans have to pay more for utilities because of them,” and to stop military aid to Ukraine, because “the German government has no moral right to send its weapons to Eastern Europe after World War II. Actually, the allies of Putin’s agents in these demonstrations were far-right German politicians and organizations.<\/p>\n

In October, Tesliuk and Kolbasnikova went to the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk region. They allegedly brought “humanitarian aid” as part of the PR campaign of the All-Russian People’s Front, which is headed by Vladimir Putin. In fact, the cargo was intended for the Russian military. There the couple gave out interviews<\/a> to propagandists, presenting themselves as “caring” Germans.<\/p>\n

Then in December Tesliuk and Kolbasnikova were supposed to go to a “forum for civil society activists” in Moscow, at the expense of the organization Russian House. It is part of Rossotrudnichestvo, a Russian state agency that has been under EU sanctions since July. In the end, the trip fell through, probably because agents Tesliuk and Kolbasnikova received a new assignment: to organize an action against<\/a> Western arms deliveries<\/a> to Ukraine near Ramstein Air Base on February 26, 2023.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Rostislav Tesliuk faces imprisonment<\/h3><\/h1><\/div>

Their activities have not gone unnoticed by journalists. The influential Western media, including Reuters and DW, regularly mention Kolbasnikova and Tesliuk in their investigations. The media has already labeled them as “Putin’s agents. The evidence gathered by journalists is enough for the couple to receive real prison sentences in Germany.<\/p>\n

Thus, at the end of January it became known<\/a> that Kolbasnikova and Tesliuk gave the Russian occupants 500 euros to buy radio equipment. The money was intended for the 42nd Motorized Division. This unit “distinguished itself”<\/a> by a number of war crimes in the Zaporozhye and Mariupol directions.<\/p>\n

According to the European Union regulation of February 25, 2022, the supply or financing of certain goods for the Russian army is strictly prohibited. The list also includes telecommunications equipment. At the same time, the laws of Germany suggest that violators of the EU sanctions are criminally liable – up to five years in prison. We hope that German justice will not hesitate to punish the Kremlin agents Tesliuk and Kolbasnikova.<\/p>\n<\/div>
