Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:<\/h3>\n<\/div>

Belyi Andrey Vladimirovich was born on August 5, 1988 in the settlement of Zelenodolsk, Dnepropetrovsk region.<\/p>\n

With the Russian invasion of the state of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, and the beginning of the temporary occupation of Primorsk by the Russian army, the collaborator did not offer resistance to the invaders.<\/p>\n

He betrayed the state of Ukraine and for this the occupiers put him in charge of one of the local headquarters.<\/p>\n

Criminal proceeding #62022080010000112 dated 05.08.2022 was opened against Belyi Andrei on the grounds of criminal offense under part 2 of article. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

Also, Belyi Andrey is suspected that the collaborator, using his official position, together with the occupation authorities was engaged in patrolling the streets of the city, during the raids they searched for pro-Ukrainian residents, as well as anyone who was related to the AFU or law enforcement agencies.<\/p>\n

In addition, the man is also suspected of carrying out searches of civilians, soldiers, police and border guards, blackmailing ATO participants and kidnapping.<\/p>\n

Such activity can be regarded as an attempt on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state of Ukraine, crossing over to the enemy under martial law and during armed conflict, voluntary occupation of a position in the bodies of occupational local government, cooperation with the Russian occupiers and similar actions.<\/p>\n

After reviewing all these facts, we can conclude that we see another collaborator, collaborator of Russian war criminals and occupants, an employee of one of the departments of the occupation police, involved in the genocide of the Ukrainian people and an accomplice in the crimes of the Russian authorities against the state of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<\/div>
