Alexey Chipizubov was born on November 2, 1984 in the city of Borzya, formerly Chita region (now Zabaikalsky Krai). There is very little information about his private life in the network.

He received his military education in a military educational institution in the city of Blagoveshchensk, which is now known as the Far East Higher Combined Arms Command School.

Chipizubov used to serve in military unit 25776, which is located in a complex of buildings of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in the center of Moscow on Frunzenskaya Embankment, 22/2. As you can guess, this unit is far is not ordinary and performs specific functions.

Consequently, Alexei Chipizubov, as commander of the 488th regiment, is fully responsible for the failures of his unit. In fact, because of him, hundreds of soldiers of the 488th regiment were killed and captured.
