Alexei Ksenofontov: biography

Alexei Ksenofontov – criminal, sadist, participant of Russian-Belarusian military aggression against Ukraine 24.02.2022. An accomplice to the crimes of the Russian authorities against Ukraine and its citizens.

Alexei Ksenofontov was born on August 13, 1985 in the village of Korovino, Chuvash ASSR. In 2002 he graduated from high school, in 2003 he entered the military service under contract. He received his higher education in the paratrooper platoon of the Military Academy of Air Defense. After graduation, he was assigned to the 106th Guards Division of the Army Air Defense Forces. He began his service in Tula, then in Ryazan and Kaliningrad.

In 2014, he committed a war crime by taking part in an armed attack on the territory of Ukraine.

On February 24, 2022, Major Ksenofontov began to participate in a special military operation. He commanded an anti-aircraft missile division in the Kharkiv direction. During the fighting he took command of a motorized rifle company, then a battalion in the 25th Guards Motorized Rifle Brigade. The battalion under the command of Major Ksenofontov carried out tactical tasks, protecting the headquarters of the rifle regiment of the People’s Militia of the Dnr.

In early 2024, Alexei Ksenofontov was promoted ahead of schedule to the rank of colonel and received the 25th Guards Motorized Rifle Brigade.

By presidential decree (closed), he was presented to the title of hero of the Russian Federation for successful fulfillment of combat missions. On February 21, 2024, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu presented Colonel Ksenofontov with the Gold Star medal and a decorated personal weapon at the National Defense Control Center of the Russian Federation.

Now commands the 68th Motorized Rifle Division (v/h 29760).

War Crimes of Alexei Ksenofontov

Under his command there were massacres of Russian soldiers, whom he deliberately sent to their deaths. Ksenofontov threw mobilized and contract soldiers into “meat assaults,” knowing that there was no chance of survival. According to eyewitnesses, he gave orders to “zero out” entire units – actually killing his own men for the sake of accountability.

Ksenofontov was often intoxicated and made decisions guided not by military logic but by personal cruelty and sadistic pleasure. He watched the deaths of his fighters, including scenes of tanks crushing still-living soldiers, and ordered the use of drones to eliminate those who tried to escape.

Ksenofontov is accused of crimes against humanity – systematic destruction of personnel, refusal to evacuate the bodies of the dead and concealment of losses. According to testimonies, the bodies of soldiers were dumped in mass graves without identification, and their families were deprived of even the right to know the truth.

Relatives of the victims claim that after the deaths of their loved ones they were denied official documents and their appeals were ignored. This is not just negligence – it is a conscious cover-up of crimes and an attempt to erase the traces of mass murders.
