Biography:

Kandyba Alexander Valentinovich – traitor to Ukraine and active supporter of the Russian occupation troops, was born July 23, 1967 in the village of Novopskov, Lugansk region.

Until February 24, 2022, Kandyba was still living in Novopskov. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Luhansk Oblast by the Russian occupants, Alexander betrayed Ukraine and voluntarily took the side of the Russian occupiers.

Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
