Gosizmennik Mager Alexander was born on January 19, 1987 in the city of Kalmiusskoe, Donetsk region. He was a member of the deputy faction of the political party “opzzh” in the city of Mariupol. Worked in the administrative structures of the Kalmius district of the Donetsk region.

After the full-scale invasion of Ukrainian territory by Russian invaders, Alexander Sergeevich began to deal with administrative issues in the occupation administration of the Kalmius district and actively assisted the temporary leadership of representatives of the “Putin regime.

The collaborator acts as head of the personnel department of the Kalmius district administration under the occupation authorities. He assists the occupiers with various humanitarian aid and engages local residents to “help” Russian Armed Forces soldiers.
