Tsarakov Alexander Khangirevich was born May 7, 1969 in the city of Mariupol, Donetsk region.

Alexander also grew up, lived and worked in Mariupol. Found his place in the community among the teaching staff of the vocational college of the State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education “PSTU”.

With the arrival of the occupiers, Alexander wished to expand his circle by betraying Ukraine. Which Tsarakov succeeded in doing. He started teaching children in the Russian program.

Thus, during the de-occupation of the Donetsk region, Alexander will become not a teacher but a prisoner.
