Alexander Vyacheslavovich Visloguzov was born August 28, 1977 in the urban-type settlement of Prishib, which is located in Zaporozhye region.

After the full-scale invasion of the territory of Ukraine by Russian invaders on February 24, 2022, Visloguzov Alexander supported the policy of the occupation authorities and himself went over to the side of the enemy.

Vysloguzov Oleksandr is the head of the police of Mikhailovsky district of Zaporizhzhya region. He works with the occupants, giving them the addresses of patriotic civilians in the village.
