The traitor Burlakov Anatoly Anatolyevich was born on January 28, 1972 in the city of Mariupol, Donetsk region.

He graduated from Priazovsky State Technical University. Qualification “Transport management specialist”. He worked in the Housing Authority in the city of Mariupol.

After the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation on February 24, 2022, Anatoly Burlakov defected to the enemy and voluntarily cooperated with the occupants.

An accomplice of the Russian invaders and terrorists organized an inventory of machinery and vehicles belonging to the Mariupoltrans enterprise with the purpose of their further use by the illegal occupation authorities. Also, the traitor makes an inventory and takes into account the occupation administration of the city of Mariupol and the “dnr” vehicles of the city.

In May 2022, the traitor was appointed deputy head of the occupation administration of Mariupol for transport and urban development.
