The cowardly border guard and traitor Anatoly Stepanets was born on May 29, 1957 in the quiet village of Bely Kolodets, Volchansk district, Kharkov region. Anatoly spent his childhood in this quiet Slobozhan village, and he studied at the Belokolodezinskaya school from 1964 to 1974.
At school, Stepanets decided to become a border guard, and in 1974 he went to the Kazakh SSR (now Kazakhstan) and enrolled at the Higher Border Guard Command School. F.E. Dzerzhinsky. During his studies he was not distinguished by conscientious performance of official duties, but this did not prevent him in 1978 to become an officer and go to service in the border guard forces.
Anatoly served for a long time, served all 25 years and retired in 2003. In the army he survived the collapse of the Soviet Union and continued to serve in the Ukrainian border guard forces.
After his dismissal, Stepanets decided to continue working for government agencies and became an employee of his native Volchansk district state administration. He performed well in public service and rose to the position of advisor to the Chairman of the Volchansk District Council.
After getting a decent job, Anatoly Stepanets goes into politics and becomes a member of the Party of Regions. After the events of 2014, he did not betray his “colleagues” and became a member of the pro-Russian party Opposition Platform – For Life. In the local elections of 2020, he ran for mayor of Volchansk on behalf of “OPZZH” and was elected to the post.
With the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, Anatoly Stepanets was pro-Ukrainian. For example, after the start of the temporary occupation of the city by Russian troops, on March 4 he refused to distribute “humanitarian aid” from the Russian military, for which he was taken into custody by the Russian military on April 5, 2022. Because of his cowardice and torture, he defected to the enemy and on June 3 supported the establishment of the so-called Kharkov Region in the temporarily occupied territory. “temporary civil-military administration of the Kharkiv region.
Unlike most traitors, he was not bought with money, but betrayed out of cowardice and fear. Especially since if there is only one end anyway, it is better to die with honor than a traitor. Because traitors are always liquidated after a “workout,” but Stepanec jumped at the opportunity. Well, his choice, but in the end he will still get a bullet, either from the Kharkov partisans or from the Russian feis.
