It is important to consider that power and money corrupt people, so as soon as Anatoly Vladimirovich took over one of the positions in the occupation administration, he radically changed his views and political assessment of the current situation.
Started discrediting the Ukrainian government in the shelling of critical infrastructure. He believes that the situation in Ukraine has reached a stalemate, Western countries will sooner or later give Ukraine a tough ultimatum as payment for their support.
