Andrey Yurievich Movchan is a communist, deputy and traitor in one person. He was born on March 4, 1973 in Kakhovka, Kherson region. Andrei would spend most of his life in Kakhovka, becoming a communist there and then becoming a deputy.
After graduating from high school, Andrei Movchan is drafted for military service in the Soviet Army. Upon demobilization, Movchan returned to Kakhovka, where he lived his life: joined the Communist Party, participated in sports competitions, and vacationed in the Crimea. In politics, too, Andriy actively participated – he headed the Kakhovka cell of the Communist Party, from which he ran as a deputy to the Kakhovka City Council, and later worked there as a secretary. By the way, Andrei was involved in the campaign to discredit the mayor of Kakhovka Andrei Diachenko, who also became a traitor.
Speaking of betrayal. Since the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022 and the entry of Russian occupation troops in Kakhovka, Andrey Movchan betrayed Ukraine and went over to the side of the occupiers. Andrei did not want to hold any “official” positions, but actively supported and helped the invaders. Also, Movchan has been inducing local residents to “cooperate” with the so called. “by the occupying authorities.”
For aiding and abetting the enemy and betraying Ukraine, Andriy Movchan faces a just retribution that is coming closer and closer to him.
