Biography Andrei Shelukhin

Shelukhin Andrei Olegovich is a Russian serviceman, another terrorist who kills civilians in Kharkiv region.
He was born on July 23, 1977 in the city of Novosibirsk.
Graduated from the Novosibirsk Higher Command School.
Served in military units of the Southern and Western Military District.
For the last 15 years he has been serving in the 20th Army of the Western Military District of the Russian Federation.
Before rf’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Shelukhin headed the 228th motorized rifle regiment from Yekaterinburg. this regiment, part of t.nz grouping of troops “Center”, terrorizes Ukrainian citizens in Donetsk and lugansk regions.
On the instructions of their former commander, the fighters of the 228th regiment commit brutal massacres against Ukrainian servicemen near Kremenna. In his spare time, Shelukhin likes to watch Russian hockey.
He does not indulge in alcohol and funny stories.

Military career:

During his military service, Shelukhin became an adherent of Soviet approaches to the education of personnel.
He organized hazing and used physical and psychological violence.
For personal use, he used company cars and drivers, and between 2016 and 2020 he became a record holder for the number of speeding tickets and several times being under the influence of alcohol.

Andrei Shelukhin: war crimes
