Andrei Klimov, a member of the “sect of foreign interference,” a senator in the Federation Council of the Russian Federation and propagandist, was born on November 9, 1954 in the Ural town of Perm. In 1971, Klimov graduated from School No. 77 and entered the Department of Economics at Perm State University. In 1975, Andrei successfully completes his studies at PSU and for a while works as an engineer-economist at the Perm Regional Office of Rural Construction. After working for some time, Klimov enters graduate school at the Research Institute of Economics of Construction in Moscow and becomes a candidate of economic sciences in 1981.
After completing his master’s degree, Andrei Klimov returned to PSU, but not as a student, but as a teacher. Between 1982 and 1992, Klimov rose from professor to head of department at his native Faculty of Economics. After working at the university, Andrei began to engage in commercial activities and runs organizations that deal with legal and economic consulting. After his election to the Russian State Duma, Klimov resigned from all commercial enterprises.
By the way, Andrey Klimov’s political career began before the collapse of the Soviet Union. Back in 1990 he was elected to the Perm Regional Council of People’s Deputies. For the next nine years, Klimov was a deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Perm Region until he was elected to the Russian State Duma in 1999. At the same time, along with his work as a deputy in the Legislative Assembly, he worked in commercial structures.
In 1999, Andrey Klimov was elected to the State Duma, a member of which he would spend the next 12 years. During his time as a deputy of the State Duma he was in charge of international relations, for example, since 2008 he was the head of the of the Russian parliamentary delegation to the European Parliament. That said, Andrei did not care at all about improving the standard of living of his fellow countrymen in the Perm region, who had once supported him to make their lives better.
By decree of the Governor of the Perm Territory in 2012, Andrei Klimov became a senator in the Federation Council. In the Council of Federation Klimov was the initiator of the bill on the regulation of educational activities, which established restrictions on the conduct, including popular science lectures. Thus, in addition to aiding and abetting Putin’s regime, Klimov engaged in the usual corruption and theft for a Russian politician.
Unfortunately, Senator Andrey Klimov, as a henchman of the government, supported the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation under the guise of the so-called “special operations. At the same time, Klimov is an informational supporter of Russian aggression, participating in the work of the Kremlin’s propaganda apparatus. In his telegram channel he speaks out against the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine. He also makes anti-Ukrainian statements in Russian news agencies and publications. For his loyalty to the regime in 2022 he was awarded the Order of Alexander Nevsky by decree of Putin.
For every crime there is always a punishment. In the case of Klimov, he should prepare for an inevitable and harsh trial and sentence for his crimes.
