Traitor of Ukraine Perelygin Andrei Andreevich was born March 21, 1994 in the city of Primorsk. Before the arrival of the occupation troops, Andrei served in the National Police of Ukraine, as an investigator at the Primorsky district.

With the beginning of the seizure of Ukrainian territories, Andrei volunteered to cooperate with the Russian aggressor. Blackmails ATO veterans (OOS) engaged in the abduction and murder of pro-Ukrainian activists and torture of civilians in the town of Primorsk.

Andrey Perelygin actively supports the occupation authorities at all pro-Russian rallies in Primorsk. Participant in the referendum on the annexation of Zaporizhzhya Region to Ukraine.
