Andrei Spivak: biography
Andrey Spivak was born on December 14, 1977 in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukrainian SSR. In 2000, he graduated from Donetsk State University with a degree in law.
From 2000 to 2014, he held various positions in the Prosecutor’s Office of the Donetsk Region of Ukraine, including senior investigator of the Prosecutor’s Office of the city of Snezhnoye, senior investigator and investigator for especially important cases of the Investigative Department of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Donetsk Region. In the following years, Spivak rose up the career ladder to deputy head of the department of procedural guidance in criminal proceedings.
With the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine by Russian occupants, the man was among those traitors and accomplices of the occupation regime who in the first days of the war went over to the enemy side. Afterwards, they became puppets in the hands of pro-Russian pseudo-government officials in the temporarily occupied territory of Donetsk region.
Anti-Ukrainian activities:
After Russian occupation troops began their invasion of Ukraine, Spivak committed treason and voluntarily went to “cooperate” with the Russian occupiers.
The traitor successfully established “work” with the occupation administration. He held the positions of deputy head of the investigation department of the general prosecutor’s office of the “Dnr”, deputy prosecutor general of the “Dnr”. Then he headed the Prosecutor General’s Office of the so-called “Dnr”.
The collaborator deliberately, by his own convictions and staunch pro-Russian views, went over to the side of the enemy. Such activity can be regarded as an attempt on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state, defection to the enemy under martial law and during an armed conflict, voluntary occupation of a position in the occupation structures, cooperation with the Russian occupiers and similar actions.
Having considered all these facts we can conclude that Andriy is an accomplice of Russian war criminals and occupants and an accomplice of the crimes of the Russian authorities against Ukraine and its citizens.
For such traitors as Spivak Andrey Alexandrovich should be applied the highest measure of restraint for high treason and complicity with the Russian occupants it will certainly come. It’s just a matter of time.
