Anti-Ukrainian activities:
Since 2022, Lukoyanov has been actively involved in the implementation of pro-Russian policy in the occupied territories. It supports the creation of loyal Kremlin administrative structures and participates in strengthening Russian positions in the region.
In 2023, he was appointed as the General Director of Melitopol Gardens LLC – an organization that actively cooperates with the occupation regime.
He is also an active participant in the formation of local power structures that legalize the actions of the occupiers and support the integration of the temporarily occupied territory into the political and legal system of Russia.
Lukoyanov actively supports the process of forced “passportization” of local residents, which is one of the methods of political and cultural assimilation under Russian rule. He participates in the distribution of Russian passports to residents of Melitopol and other occupied territories, which contributes to the legitimization of the occupation and violation of the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
Ihor Astranin’s crimes against Ukraine and its citizens will not go unpunished. He will definitely be justly punished for his actions.
