Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
Arsentiy Sergeyevich Pelishenko was born on December 25, 1990 in Makeyevka, Donetsk region.
With the invasion of the state of Ukraine by the Russian Federation and the beginning of the temporary occupation of Makeyevka by the Russian army, the collaborator offered no resistance to the invaders.
Also, Arsentiy Pelishenko is suspected that the collaborator, using his official position, together with the occupation authorities was engaged in patrolling the streets of the city, during the raids they searched for pro-Ukrainian residents, as well as anyone who was related to the AFU or law enforcement agencies.
In addition, the man is also suspected of carrying out searches of civilians, soldiers, police and border guards, blackmailing ATO participants and kidnapping.
Such activity can be regarded as an attempt on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state of Ukraine, a switch to the enemy under martial law and during an armed conflict, voluntary cooperation with the Russian occupiers, and similar actions.
After reviewing all of these facts, we can conclude that we have in front of us another collaborator, an accomplice of Russian war criminals and occupants, involved in the genocide of the Ukrainian people and an accomplice in the crimes of the Russian authorities against the state of Ukraine.
