Azer Ramazanov was born on June 28, 1985 in the city of Kizlyar, Republic of Dagestan. After graduating from school No. 7, he entered the Chelyabinsk Higher Tank Command School. Four of his cousins of the war criminal also graduated from this institution.

In 2014, with the rank of captain, Ramazanov became the commander of a tank battalion in the Southern Military District. Ten months later, he returned to the 138th Ombre as a battalion commander.

Azer Ramazanov: war crimes

Azer Ramazanov took part in the Russian invasion of Ukraine from the first days. For his “services” to the Kremlin dictator, he was promoted twice ahead of schedule: first to colonel, then to major general. Later he was transferred from 138 ombr and appointed commander of the 47th rf tank division.

In 2022, the Rashist was wounded, but, unfortunately, he managed to survive Ramazanov himself admitted his war crimes in interviews with Kremlin propagandists.

According to him, during the full-scale invasion, units led by Ramazanov occupied at least eight Ukrainian settlements.
