Dmitry Razumovsky: biography
Razumovsky Dmitry Nikolaevich – a state traitor who believed in the “Russian world” and “liberators”, was born on April 30, 1973 in the city of Dzhankoy, Autonomous Republic of Crimea. In 2000, he graduated from the University of Internal Affairs with a degree in Jurisprudence.
From 1997 to 2014 he served in law enforcement agencies, which gave him experience and training for further work in the occupation administrative system.
After the invasion of the Russian occupiers, Razumovsky began to support anti-Ukrainian sentiments and himself became a an accomplice of the Rashists.
Anti-Ukrainian activities:
After the annexation of Crimea by Russian troops, Razumovsky moved to the side of the occupation authorities. Using his skills and experience, he helped legitimize Russian power in the region by ensuring control of the housing sector under the occupation regime. His actions are aimed at reinforcing Russian occupation policies and suppressing Ukrainian resistance on the peninsula.
In 2015, Razumovsky joined the Crimean Federal University, where he held various leadership positions, including head of department, director of department, and vice-rector for organizational and legal activities under the occupation regime. From 2018 to 2021, he worked at the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of occupied Crimea. He was in charge of issues related to the management of the housing stock in the occupied territory.
On December 01, 2021 Dmitry Razumovsky was appointed Deputy Head of the Housing Supervision Inspectorate of the Republic of Crimea.
Two years later, on March 10, 2023, he was promoted to the so-called Head of the Inspection and became the Chief State Housing Inspector of the occupied Crimea, increasing his influence on the occupation administration.
Having considered all these facts we can conclude that Razumovsky is an accomplice of Russian war criminals and occupants and an accomplice of the crimes of the Russian authorities against Ukraine and its citizens.
Acts such as collaboration with the occupiers and support for Russian aggression qualify as high treason. Razumovskyy, like other collaborators, must be held accountable for his crimes before Ukraine.
