Dmitry Valeryevich Presnyakov is a Russian civil servant, an employee of the executive branch of the Russian government. Born on February 18, 1972.

Presnyakov’s career consists of public service in high positions in the sphere of state security and defense.

Presnyakov has worked for the Russian Federal Security Service since the 200s . In 2015, he was a member of the National Anti-Terrorist Committee of the FSB in Moscow. He also served in the regional department of the rffederal security service in the Arkhangelsk region.

In 2019, Presnyakov was first appointed head of the operational headquarters in Kursk region and then took over as head of the local ufsb.
