Elena Levadnaya: biography

Levadnaya Olena Viktorovna is a collaborator and traitor to Ukraine who voluntarily cooperated with the occupation authorities in the city of Energodar, Zaporozhye region.

Born on 9.02.1982 in Kamenka-Dneprovska, Zaporizhzhya region. In 2004, she graduated from the Sevastopol National Institute of Nuclear Energy and Industry.

Anti-Ukrainian activities:

After the occupation of the city of Energodar by Russian troops, Elena Levadnaya betrayed her country and voluntarily agreed to cooperate with the occupation regime.

In 2023, Levadnaya was elected as a deputy to the so-called “City Council of Deputies” of Energodar, created by the occupation administration to legitimize the occupation regime. At the first meeting of the city council, she was elected deputy chairman of the city council. Thus, Levadnaya became one of the key figures supporting and promoting the policy of the aggressor state in the temporarily occupied territory.

Levadnaya is actively involved in the activities of the occupation structures aimed at: undermining the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, legitimizing the presence of Russian troops in Energodar, promoting “Russian peace” among the local population and suppressing pro-Ukrainian sentiments.

Levadnaya’s activities as a representative of the occupation authorities are directly related to repression of Ukrainian citizens, violation of human rights and the forced imposition of Russian administrative orders in the occupied territory.

Through her actions, Levadnaya assists the Russian regime in its attempted annexation of Ukrainian territories and destruction of Ukrainian identity. By voluntarily accepting a position in an illegal government body, she became an accomplice to crimes against Ukraine and its citizens. Olena Levadnaya’s actions fall under the qualification of high treason and collaborationism under the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Punishment for treason and collaboration with the enemy is inevitable. Ukraine will definitely bring all traitors to justice.
