Biography:
Ternovskaya Elena Aleksandrovna is a traitor and collaborator of the Russian occupation troops, she was born on October 23, 1970 in the village of Belovodsk , Luhansk region.
Elena lived in Belovodsk until February 24, 2022. It is known that before the invasion she visited the Russian Federation with her family. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Luhansk Oblast by the Russian occupants, Ternovskaya betrayed Ukraine and became a bedfellow for the Russian occupants.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
When Russian occupation forces entered Belovodsk, Elena decided to betray Ukraine and become an accomplice to the occupiers. The latter appreciated the “right” choice of Ternovskaya and appointed her “chief specialist” of the so-called “Department of Civil Service and Personnel of the Belovodsk District Administration of the LNR.
Elena, in her new “position,” was in charge of selecting “cadres” who were suitable for “work” in the so-called “occupation authorities.” Recruiting new collaborators was also her direct responsibility. Ternovskaya is also known for her anti-Ukrainian statements; in particular, she justifies the Russian aggression against Ukraine and the killing of civilians.
Sooner or later you have to pay for any crime. Olena Terentyeva will pay for her heinous betrayal and atrocities against the Ukrainian people until the end of her ignominious life.
