Collaborator Obukhovsky Yevgeny Andreevich was born on December 25, 1993 in the village of Valerianovka, Volnovakha district of Donetsk region. By profession, Evgeny Andreevich is an electronic design engineer.

Since 2008, the traitor has been an employee of the energy company DTEK Donetsk Electric Networks. Eugene Andreevich holds the position of power system operator.

With the beginning of the full-scale aggression of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine in 2022, Evgeniy Obukhovskiy defected to the side of the occupants. Local representatives of the racist authorities appointed E.A. Obukhovsky as chairman of the village council in Valerianovka village, Volnovakha district, Donetsk region.

By order of the occupants, the collaborator Eugene Obukhovsky was to be in charge of civil order in the village. The traitor also provides humanitarian aid for the Russian military.
