Biography:

Yevgeny Osyka, a terrorist, traitor and active supporter of the Russian occupation forces, was born on February 19 in the city of Lutugino, Luhansk region.

Until February 24, 2022, Eugene resided in the so-called “LNR. He did not receive a higher education. With the beginning of Russia’s full-scale aggression against Ukraine, Osyka became a fighter fighting alongside the Russian occupiers.

Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:

After betraying Ukraine and joining the ranks of the Russian invaders, Yevgeny participated in the seizure and temporary occupation of the Luhansk region of Ukraine by the Russian occupiers. Also, in his social networks he publishes posts in support of the invaders.

As part of the NVF and the Russian occupation army, Osyka is directly involved in committing war crimes, so-called “filtration measures,” looting and other atrocities against civilians in the Luhansk region.
