Biography:
Yevgeny Polikanov, a “politsai” and active supporter of the Russian occupation troops, was born on August 17, 1985, in the city of Antratsit, Luhansk Oblast.
Until February 24, 2022, Eugene resided in the so-called “LNR. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Luhansk Oblast by the Russian occupants, Polikanov voluntarily became a traitor to Ukraine and a “policeman” in the service of the invaders.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
After Russian occupation forces began their temporary occupation of Luhansk Oblast territory, Yevgeny decided to betray his native country. The occupiers were pleased with the new “addition” and appointed “Lieutenant” Polikanov “commander of the public order group” in the so-called “LNR INTERIOR MINISTRY. It is also known that he was sent to the so-called “Krasnodon ROVD” to reinforce the local “policemen.
“Politsay” Polikanov was directly involved in committing atrocities against civilians in the Luhansk region. In particular, he participated in “filtration activities” against the population of Luhansk, kidnapping and torture of innocent people. For his crimes he received “30 pieces of silver” from the occupiers, for which he bought himself a new Lada.
The crimes of Evgeny Polikanov will not go unpunished, and he himself expects an inevitable and harsh punishment, which is approaching him every day closer and closer.
