Biography:
Rubin Eugenia Romanovna – traitor to the Motherland, accomplice of the occupation authorities in the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region was born in the village of Stepanovka, Kherson region. She studied at the Kherson Cooperative Economic and Legal College. Before Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, she worked as deputy director for administrative and technical issues at BK Khersonstroy LLC.
Anti-Ukrainian activities:
Since the beginning of the occupation of Kherson, Yevgenia Rubin voluntarily defected to the side of the Russian invaders and got the position of the head of the land relations department in the occupation ministry of agriculture and fisheries of Kherson region.
She was also a deputy of the Suvorivskyi district council in Kherson of the eighth convocation from the “bloc of Vladimir Saldo” and was a member of the permanent deputy commission for planning the development of the district, accounting, budget and finance. In general, like other collaborators and traitors of the region, the girl is now trying to fill her pockets at the expense of civilians of Kherson region. Thus from 2022 Rubin began to actively assist the occupation troops and the provisional leadership in the Kherson region.
For the exemplary fulfillment of her “duties”, the collaborator Rubin was given the position of the head of the land relations department in the occupation “Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries” of the Kherson region. Participation in pseudo-elections in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine:
Recently it became known that the accomplice of the Rashists that Eugenia Rubin allegedly took the fourth place according to the results of the so-called primaries in the occupied part of the region. Consequently, she will be one of the candidates in the planned September 10, 2023 illegal “elections” to the occupation authorities of Kherson region from the “united Russia” party.
Now the collaborator is actively engaged in preparations for the illegal event, because the state trafficker voluntarily agreed to ensure the process of “voting day” and acted as a direct representative of the Russian party.
Collaborator Eugenia Rubin will soon have to answer to the people for her complicity with the occupiers and participation in the pseudo-elections of the Russian occupiers. After all, the punishment for treason is inevitable.
