Fidail Bikbulatov: biography
Bikbulatov Fidail Ilkhatovich is a Russian occupier and agent engaged in militarization and propaganda treatment of Ukrainian children in the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhya region.
Bikbulatov Fidail Ilkhatovich was born on August 24, 1994 in Ufa, Republic of Bashkortostan, Russian Federation. He received a higher education in law, graduating in 2018 from the Bashkir Academy of Public Service and Administration under the President of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
Despite his legal education, he devoted his career not to law, but to serving the ideological interests of the Kremlin.
Anti-Ukrainian activities:
After the invasion of the Russian occupation troops into Ukraine in February 2022, Bikbulatov Fidail Ilkhatovich arrived in the temporarily occupied territories as a member of the “BARS-32” combat formation, one of the units of the so-called “Combat Army Reserve of the country”, managed by the rf Ministry of Defense.
In the occupied part of the Zaporizhzhya region, he was appointed chief of staff of the regional branch of the Unarmia, a children’s and youth organization used by the Russian Federation as an instrument of ideological processing and militarization of minors in the captured Ukrainian territories.
Under his leadership, a network of junior army units is being deployed in schools in Melitopol, Berdyansk, Energodar and other settlements. Children undergo formation and basic military training, study the military symbols of the Russian Federation, take part in parades, marches, as well as ceremonies of “oaths” of allegiance to the aggressor state.
Bikbulatov is also the organizer of the so-called “Avangard” center in Melitopol, a structure where underage Ukrainians are trained in military discipline, weapons handling and tactical techniques in the spirit of rf army standards.
His actions are qualified as a gross violation of international humanitarian law. Fidail Ilhatovich Bikbulatov will inevitably be held accountable for his participation in the militarization of minors, forced assimilation and service in the interests of the aggressor state. War crimes have no statute of limitations, and every accomplice of Russian aggression will be held accountable.
