Igor Dermelev: biography

Dermelev Igor Semyonovich is a traitor and collaborator who voluntarily supported the russian occupation power. He was born on January 17, 1968 in Donetsk region.

After the invasion of Donetsk region by russian occupants Dermelev began to support anti-Ukrainian sentiments and himself became an accomplice of the rashists. He not only remained in his position in the local administration, but also began to actively participate in the formation of pro-russian ideology among the youth.

Anti-Ukrainian activities:

One of the key areas of Dermelev’s collaborationist activities was his participation in the “Junarmia” structure, financed and supervised by the russian ministry of defense. He is the head of the Shakhtyor headquarters of the regional branch of this movement on the territory of the so-called “dnr”.

Through the “youth army” Igor Dermelev is engaged in direct militarization and ideological treatment of children and adolescents. The “patriotic actions” he organizes broadcast Kremlin narratives, glorify the Soviet past and spread the idea of “reunification with russia”.

He regularly holds “educational meetings” with school students, organizes parades, rallies, shows and other events in the spirit of the ideology of “russian peace”, involving young people in a system of loyalty to rf and its occupation structures.

For his active participation in the establishment of the occupation regime and promotion of rf interests, Dermelev was awarded a so-called “certificate of honor” from the leaders of the public movement “donetsk republic” – Denis Pushilin and Alexei Muratov. The wording of the award reads: “for his personal contribution to the formation and establishment of the Donetsk people’s republic in 2014”.

This award is direct evidence of Dermelev’s participation in subversive activities against Ukrainian statehood, as well as his recognition among the occupation administrations as a “patriot of Donbass” according to the Kremlin propaganda.

Cooperation with the enemy will not pass without a trace, and traitors will be deservedly punished. Ukraine does not forget its enemies.
