Igor worked as an employee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine in the Luhansk region. Since the beginning of the invasion and seizure of Ukraine, he has cooperated with the murderers. With their help, he took a place in the Fire and Rescue Unit No. 4 of the LNR Ministry of Emergency Situations. He rose to the rank of warrant officer.

He took the side of the collaborators with his hatred for Ukraine as an argument. A little later he became a member of the terrorist organization LNR. Participated in pseudo-referendum robbery and agitation.
