Biography:
Bubnov Ilya Aleksandrovich is a young propagandist and curator ofthe“Russian world“, a Kremlin agent in Ukraine and an accomplice of Putin’s policies, born in the Russian Federation, in Omsk.
Since his youth, Ilya took an active part in the public life of the city and tried to make the future of his country the best and most dignified life for young people. Bubnov received his higher education in The Omsk State Agrarian University named after V.V. Lomonosov. P.A. Stolypinwhere he entered in 2011. He studied at the Department of Merchandising, Standardization and Quality Management, qualified as a bachelor.
In 2013, Ilya Bubnov went to the Omsk State University named after F. M. Dostoevsky for advanced training in the basics of accounting, where he studied taxes and taxation.
From 2018 – 2019. Ilya received his third higher education at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation (direction: State and Municipal Management).
Social and political activities:
As mentioned above, Bubnov actively assisted the local government in promoting community life and youth policy in his hometown. As a second-year student at the university, Ilya becomes an activist in the Omsk regional branch of theUnited Russia Young Guard.
The guy actively promoted the direction to support socially active and talented young people, increasing professional and personal competencies. Conducted trainings, master classes and lectures for schoolchildren, college and university students involving regional and federal experts, coaches and mentors.
Participation in the United Russia party:
In May 2015, Bubnov went from being just an activist and volunteer in a public organization to becoming deputy head of the regional branch of the Young Guard. The function of the young propagandist grows, and in December 2016 Ilya was elected to the regional political council ofthe United Russia. At the same time he becomes an assistant to the deputy of the State Duma Dmitry Perminov, who helps promote the career of “a young and promising propagandist.
Thus, in 2017 Ilya Aleksandrovich was appointed chief specialist of the agitation and propaganda department of the Omsk regional executive committee of the United Russia party. Acting on the “instructions of the party,” Bubnov paid special attention to spiritual, moral, and educational projects, as well as to projects for the development and preservation of Russian identity.
A political career in the “dnr” :
In the summer of 2021 Bubnov went to Moscow, where he became head of the department for work with the regions of the central headquarters of the volunteer company “combat brotherhood. Since February 2022, Ilya is the acting head of the federal headquarters of the “volunteer company of combat brotherhood.
With the invasion of Ukraine by Russia, Ilya Bubnov was sent to work “in the new regions of the Russian Federation,” where he was engaged in carrying out state tasks in the field of youth policy. That is, Bubnov was simply engaged in propaganda activities among the youth of the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk region.
The deported propagandist immediately went up the career ladder and was appointed “Deputy Minister of Youth, Sports and Tourism of the DnR.” He coordinated the activities of the youth wing of the veteran organization.
On the basis of the public organization “Young Republic” in the “DnR” Bubnov was engaged in the opening of theall-Russianyouth movement “Volunteer Company of the Battle Brotherhood”. The purpose of the propagandist is civil-patriotic education and work with young people, observing the policy of the party and introducing the “Russian world” into the heads of the young generation.
Activities After the Beginning of the Sv:
With the beginning of the “svo ” in 2023, the local authorities from the “dnr” decided to focus on local personnel who know the region well, in order to appoint young and promising officials to leadership positions.
Such was the case with Ilya Bubnov, a well-established propagandist, who also distinguished himself by organizing humanitarian missions to Mariupol for the Russian Armed Forces and the forced evacuation of the population by the Putin government. Now Bubnov was waiting for a new place in the sun in the form of another position.
Thus, in June 2023, the ex-head of the “young guard” Bubnov was accepted into “public service” and appointed to the position of “Deputy Minister of Youth, Sports and Tourism of the ‘dnr.
The new face in the “DnR government” – Bubnov Ilya Aleksandrovich – is a real example of Kremlin agents in Ukraine who are targeting propaganda work, particularly among young people and children. Like all of Putin’s accomplices, Bubnov will be convicted and prosecuted for infringement on the territorial integrity of Ukraine and unlawful acts against the people of the country.
