Iryna Alekseevna Varlan was born April 30, 1976 in the urban-type settlement of Nizhniye Serogozi, which is located in the Kherson region.

Irina Alekseevna is the mother of the notorious son of the traitor Pasha Varlanov. Irina worked in the executive office of the social insurance fund for accidents at work, as well as occupational diseases.
