Traitor of Ukraine Abdullayev Ismail (Vladimir) Adalyatovich was born on August 23, 1966 in the city of Donetsk. He was a student at the Chemical Engineering Department of the Donetsk Polytechnic Institute.

In 1987, he became active in public life. During his student years, he was a member of the famous KVN team “Dream-Time”, which also included members of the Urals Polytechnic Institute rf.

Ismail Abdulayev began his working career as the director of Bordur Creative Union LLC, dealing with advertising and creative technologies.

With the beginning of the illegal invasion of Ukrainian territory by Russian occupation troops in 2014, Ismail Abdullayev supported pro-Russian sentiments and advocated the “independence of the Donetsk people’s republic.

Ismail Abdulayev participated in the creation of the occupation TV channelOplot TV, headed it for some time at least. “Oplot TV” was subordinate to the so-called “Ministry of Revenue and Duties of the DPR. “The “exclusive” of Oplot was the live broadcasts with the leader of the DPR terrorists, Alexander Zakharchenko. Also by personal consent, Ismail Abdulayev broadcast pro-Russian videos of blogger Shariy.

Abdulayev also involved his son in propaganda activities. Vladimir Ismailovich Abdullayev, 25, lives in Donetsk. In particular, it is stated that he is in the so-called “reserve of the youth parliament of the DPR. In addition, he is the administrator of the domain name of OPLOT.TV.

After the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation on February 24, 2022, the occupiers invited Ismail Adalyatovich to head the Kherson TV channel. Thus, the state traitor was “appointed” director of the occupation Kherson TV and radio company “Tavria,” created on the technical basis of the Ukrainian TV channel TRK “Scythia” (Kherson branch of “Public Broadcasting”).
