Biography:
Bulgakov Ivan – a young traitor to the Motherland and a collaborator who believed in a future with the “Russian world“, was born on October 18, 1999 in the city of Kherson. During his time at school, he didn’t do well. He had no desire to learn, was a bully in class and was not in good company.
Until 24.02.2022 supported Ukraine, but after the full-scale invasion of the Russian invaders on the territory of Ukraine, Ivan began to actively assist the occupation troops and the interim leadership on the territory of Kherson region.
Anti-Ukrainian activities:
Consciously, voluntarily and on his own initiative, he cooperated with the occupation authorities. Occupying Russian police officer from the occupiers. Subordinate to local collaborators. The traitor provided direct assistance to the occupation structures in the performance of managerial functions in the temporarily occupied Genichesk.
Collaborator contributed to the activities of local collaborators of the Rashists and supports the occupation of Ukraine by Russian troops. Also the traitor, through cooperation in the occupation police, carried out activities to organize the selection of persons from among Ukrainian citizens to participate in anti-Ukrainian rallies and to carry out sabotage in the territory of the Kherson region.
For the betrayal of his native state and collaborationism the minor collaborator Ivan Bulgakov will be justly punished, and he will definitely pay for all sins and all blatant actions towards Ukraine and its people.
