Voluntarily defected to the side of the occupant, refused to comply with the order of the higher authorities to evacuate the city.
He suggested that employees should switch to the side of the Russian Federation and, in return, receive high salaries and the opportunity to reside in the Russian Federation while retaining their official employment.
Passed information to the occupation troops about Berdyansk police officers, their relatives and friends.
He searched for pro-Ukrainian population, patriots, servicemen and ATO/OS veterans. Repeatedly engaged in repression of those who do not agree with the policies of the rf. He was engaged in recruiting local people to commit the so called. reconnaissance activities to find out the positions and accumulation of equipment and personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Cooperates with representatives of the Russian Federal Security Service for the further transfer of people to filtration camps.
