He voluntarily defected to the side of the occupant, where he continued to work in the so called. law enforcement agencies of the “dnr”. He encouraged his colleagues to defect to the occupier, offered high salaries, career advancement, ranks and a social package.
As a sign of his recognition and trust in the new government, Kirill was engaged in passing on information to former employees who had not succumbed to temptation and remained true to their principles and to the Ukrainian people.
Called former employees with a renewed call to start working for the occupation authorities, assuring them that everyone in Ukraine had been declared traitors. Threatened colleagues and their families in case they refused to cooperate again.
Moreover, he searched for pro-Ukrainian people, paying special attention to former servicemen and ATO/OSS veterans, as a result of which he arranged beatings and torture.
He expressed negative opinions about the current government of Ukraine, which he also accused of starting hostilities in eastern Ukraine.
He starred in staged videos of the so-called “DnR” people’s militia , where he highlighted the effectiveness and visibility of the law enforcement agencies of the pseudo-republic.
