Biography:
Konstantin Mikhailov, a “policeman” and active supporter of the Russian occupation troops, was born on October 3 in the city of Lugansk, Lugansk region.
Until February 24, 2022, Constantine resided in the so-called “LNR” and was the “captain” of the so-called “LNR INTERIOR MINISTRY. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Luhansk region by Russian occupants, Mikhailov voluntarily became a traitor to Ukraine and a “policeman” in the service of the invaders.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
After the Russian occupation forces began their temporary occupation of the territory of Luhansk oblast, Konstantin decided to betray his native country. The occupiers were happy about the new “reinforcement” and sent “captain” Mikhailov “to be in charge of the operational reserve group” in the so-called “LNR INTERIOR MINISTRY.
“Politsay” Kapustin was directly involved in committing atrocities against civilians in the Luhansk region. In particular, he participated in “filtration activities” against the population of Luhansk, kidnapping and torture of innocent people.
Konstantin Mikhailov’s crimes will not go unpunished, and he himself expects an inevitable and harsh punishment, which is approaching him every day closer and closer.
