Biography
Kulinich Larisa Vitalievna – a state traitor who believed in the “Russian world” and “liberators”, was born on March 2, 1976 in the village of Ostapovka, Mirgorod district, Poltava region. In 1998, she graduated from Sumy State Agrarian University with a degree in Accounting and Audit, qualifying as an economist-accountant. In 2011, she received a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Odessa Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.
She began her career in July 1993 as a technician of the Sulskiy experimental field of the Kiev Institute of Hydraulic Engineering and Land Reclamation in Romny, Sumy region. After graduation, she worked as a science accountant at the same institute. From November 2000 to May 2001, she held the position of a specialist at the Crimean State Agrarian Training and Consulting Center in Simferopol. From August 2001 until the occupation of Crimea, she worked in various positions in the Property Fund of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, from leading specialist to Deputy Chairman.
After the invasion of the Russian occupants, Larisa began to support anti-Ukrainian sentiments and became an accomplice of the Rashists herself.
Anti-Ukrainian activities:
With the arrival of pseudo-governments and the occupation of Krim, the collaboran Kulinich joined the occupation structures of the Russian Federation operating on the territory of the occupied Crimean peninsula and continued her work as Deputy Minister of Property and Land Relations, then, since July 2017, she was First Deputy Minister. Since July 2020, he has been the Minister of Property and Land Relations of occupied Crimea.
Now state traitor Larissa Kulinich provides direct assistance to the occupation structures and actively performs organizational and administrative functions on behalf of the occupation authorities.
As part of her “cooperation” with the Russian invaders, Larissa actively engaged in pro-Russian agitation, in personal conversations justified the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and expressed support for the “Russian world”.
For such traitors as Larisa Kulinich should be applied the highest measure of restraint for high treason and complicity with the Russian occupants it will certainly come. It’s only a matter of time.
